PIR pipe insulation is designed for pipelines and equipment operating between -196℃ to +150℃. It provides optimal thermal insulation for cryogenic applications including Liquefied Nitrogen (LN₂, -196℃), Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG, -162℃), and Liquefied Ethylene (LEG, -104℃).
Polyisocyanurate (PIR) is a high-performance foam material created through the polymerization of isocyanate and polyether. Offering superior physical and fire resistance properties compared to polyurethane, PIR features low thermal conductivity and excellent dimensional stability as an organic rigid thermal insulation material.
- Fire resistance rated B1
- Operating temperature range: -196℃ to +120℃
- Exceptional dimensional stability
- Customizable cutting in panels and pipes to meet specific requirements
