Polyurethane (PUR) is an advanced low-temperature thermal insulation material formed by mixing polyether/polyester with polyisocyanate, along with flame retardants, stabilizers, and foaming agents. Its cellular structure contains low-conductivity gas, providing excellent insulation properties with self-extinguishing characteristics, making it ideal for cold and low-temperature applications.

Applications

Packing and Storage
- Standard packaging includes binding with packing belts (custom packaging available upon request)
- Must be stored in waterproof, moisture-proof, dark, dry, cool and ventilated areas
- Keep away from heat sources and avoid direct sunlight exposure
Handling Cautions
- Handle with care during transportation - avoid rolling, impact, or heavy stacking
- Use steel bands for pipe and equipment insulation applications
- Cutting can be performed using standard saw blades during installation
