Product Description
CFC Free Expanded Polyurethane Foam Sheets Blocks Insulation Solutions 50kg/M3 Density
Kaff Rees provides professional insulation solutions from -196℃ to +400℃, specializing in R&D, production and distribution of insulation materials and pipe support systems. Our complete product portfolio covers all support situations, operational loads, temperatures and travel ranges for industrial insulation systems in petrochemical, coal chemical, LNG, low temperature, cold air, subway, and underground moisture applications.
Polyurethane (PUR) is a modern low-temperature thermal insulation material formed by mixing polyether/polyester with polyisocyanate and auxiliary materials including flame retardants, stabilizers and foaming agents. The foaming agent gas in its pores provides low thermal conductivity and self-extinguishing properties, making it ideal for cold and low-temperature range heat preservation.

Applications
With advantages including small thermal conductivity, high strength, light weight, sound insulation, shockproof properties, strong floatability, stable chemical performance, and convenient construction, our polyurethane foam is widely used in:
- Petroleum and chemical industries
- Ethylene production
- Cold storage and food storage facilities
- Household appliance refrigerator insulation
- Construction industry partition walls and wall boards
The material can be prefabricated into plates or shells in our plant, or sprayed/foamed on-site for customized applications.
Packing and Storage
Be bounded by packing belts. Custom packing available upon request.
Store in waterproof, moisture-proof, light proof, dry, cool and ventilated areas away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
Cautions
Handle with care during transportation - avoid rolling, impact or heavy loads.
Use steel belts for pipe and equipment heat preservation applications.
Cutting can be performed using saw blades during construction.
