HDPIR is a foaming polymer combining properties of plastic, rubber and cork. Manufactured from isocyanate, polyether, foaming agent, catalyst and flame retardant, it forms a cellular structure with millions of uniform sealed cells. This delivers superior performance with low density, minimal thermal conductivity, and excellent water resistance compared to traditional materials.

Primarily used as cold insulation material in pipe support systems, this product provides both bearing capacity and thermal insulation for pipes and equipment in petrochemical plants, liquefied gas facilities, refrigeration warehouses, and central air conditioning systems.
Packing and Storage
  • Store in dry, lightproof, shady, and ventilated areas away from heat sources and direct sunlight
  • Pre-assembled with pipe supports in workshop, then wrapped in anti-UV polythene film and packed in wooden cases
