This high-performance insulation material is primarily used in cold insulation pipe support systems, providing both structural support and thermal insulation for pipes and equipment in petrochemical plants, liquefied gas facilities, refrigeration warehouses, and central air conditioning systems.
HDPIR is a foaming polymer that combines the beneficial properties of plastic, rubber, and cork. Manufactured from isocyanate, polyether, foaming agents, catalysts, and flame retardants, it undergoes high-speed stirring to create a cellular structure composed of millions of uniform, sealed cells. This structure delivers exceptional performance with low density, minimal thermal conductivity, and low water absorption, outperforming traditional timber insulation solutions.
