HDPIR is a high-performance foaming polymer combining the properties of plastic, rubber, and cork. Manufactured from premium raw materials including isocyanate, polyether, foaming agent, catalyst, and flame retardant, it undergoes high-speed stirring to create a uniform cellular structure with millions of tiny sealed cells. This advanced material offers superior low density, minimal thermal conductivity, and excellent water resistance, outperforming traditional timber insulation.

Packing and Storage
  • Store in dry, lightproof, shady, and ventilated conditions, away from heat sources and protected from direct sunlight.
  • Pre-assembled with pipe supports in our workshop. Finished products are wrapped in anti-UV polythene film and securely packed in wooden cases.
