High Performance Polyisocyanurate Rigid Foam Insulation Good Flammability Resistance
HDPIR is a foaming polymer combining properties of plastic, rubber and cork. Manufactured from isocyanate, polyether, foaming agent, catalyst and flame retardant, it undergoes high-speed stirring to form a cellular structure composed of millions of tiny, uniform sealed cells. This structure delivers exceptional low density, minimal thermal conductivity and reduced water absorption, outperforming traditional timber insulation.

Application
Primarily used as cold insulation material for pipe support systems in petrochemical plants, liquefied gas facilities, refrigeration warehouses and central air conditioning systems. Provides both structural support and thermal insulation for pipes and equipment.
Packing and Storage
- Store in dry, lightproof, shady and ventilated areas away from heat sources and direct sunlight
- Pre-assembled with pipe supports in workshop. Final products are wrapped in anti-UV polythene film and packed in wooden cases
