Durable High Density Polyisocyanurate Insulation Excellent Dimension Stability

HDPIR is a foaming polymer combining properties of plastic, rubber and cork. Manufactured from isocyanate, polyether, foaming agent, catalyst and flame retardant, it forms through high-speed stirring into a cellular structure with millions of tiny, uniform sealed cells. This construction delivers superior low density, thermal conductivity and water absorption compared to timber.

Application

Primarily used as cold insulation material for pipe support systems in petrochemical plants, liquefied gas facilities, refrigeration warehouses, and central air conditioning systems, providing both structural support and thermal insulation.

Packing and Storage

Store in dry, shaded, well-ventilated areas away from heat sources and direct sunlight
Pre-assembled with pipe supports in workshop, then wrapped in UV-resistant polythene film and packed in wooden cases
