HDPIR is a foaming polymer combining features of plastic, rubber, and cork. Composed of isocyanate, polyether, foaming agent, catalyst, and flame retardant, it forms a cellular structure through high-speed stirring and foaming. This creates millions of tiny, uniform sealed cells offering low density, low thermal conductivity, and low water absorption, outperforming traditional timber.

Application
Primarily used as cold insulation material for pipe support systems, this product serves for bearing and heat insulation in petrochemical plants, liquefied gas plants, refrigeration warehouses, and central air conditioning systems.
Packing and Storage
  • Store in a dry, lightproof, shady, and ventilated place, away from heat sources and protected from sun exposure.
  • Fitted together with pipe supports in workshop. Finished products are wrapped in anti-ultraviolet polythene film and packed in wooden cases.
