HDPIR is a foaming polymer combining properties of plastic, rubber, and cork. Manufactured from isocyanate, polyether, foaming agent, catalyst, and flame retardant, it forms a cellular structure with millions of tiny, uniform sealed cells. This structure delivers low density, minimal thermal conductivity, and excellent water absorption resistance, outperforming traditional timber.

Application
Primarily used as cold insulation material for pipe support systems, this product provides bearing and thermal insulation for pipes and equipment in petrochemical plants, liquefied gas facilities, refrigeration warehouses, and central air conditioning systems.
Packing and Storage
- Store in a dry, lightproof, shady, and ventilated area away from heat sources and protected from sun exposure.
- Pre-assembled with pipe supports in workshop. Finished products are wrapped in anti-ultraviolet polythene film and packed in wooden cases.
