Product Description
Fixed Pipe Insulation Supports High Density Polyisocyanurate With Upper Cover
Fixed pipe support system is primarily designed for supporting insulated pipes and equipment. This system effectively bears various loads from piping systems while serving as an integral part of pipeline cold insulation.
Compositions
A complete insulated pipe support system consists of insulated pipe supports and cold insulation materials. The core component is high density polyisocyanurate (HDPIR) insulation material.
The system can be enhanced with optional auxiliary materials to meet specific design requirements:
  • Damp proof layer
  • Metal protective layer
  • Rubber plate
  • Metal pipe clamp
  • Bolt and nut assemblies
  • Butterfly spring
  • Cold insulation washer
  • Polytetrafluoroethylene sliding pair
  • Steam insulation resistance

Application
This system is widely used for load-bearing and thermal insulation in various industrial settings including petrochemical plants, liquefied gas facilities, refrigeration warehouses, and central air conditioning systems.
Packing and Storage
All components are pre-assembled in our workshop. Finished products are wrapped in anti-UV polyethylene film and securely packed in wooden cases for protection during transportation and storage.
HDPIR Material Properties
High Density Polyisocyanurate (HDPIR) is a foaming polymer combining characteristics of plastic, rubber, and cork. Composed of isocyanate, polyether, foaming agents, catalysts, and flame retardants, it forms a cellular structure with millions of tiny, uniform sealed cells. This structure provides exceptional thermal performance with low density, minimal thermal conductivity, and low water absorption - outperforming traditional timber materials.
