Product Description
Shockproof Rigid Polyurethane Foam Block Closed Cell Structure For Chemical Industry
Polyurethane (PUR) is a high-performance low-temperature thermal insulation material formed by mixing polyether/polyester with polyisocyanate along with flame retardants, stabilizers and foaming agents. Its closed-cell structure contains low-thermal-conductivity gas, providing excellent insulation properties with self-extinguishing characteristics, making it ideal for cold and low-temperature applications.

Applications
This polyurethane foam offers exceptional thermal insulation, strength, lightweight properties, sound insulation, shock resistance, and chemical stability. Its versatile applications include:
  • Petroleum and chemical processing equipment
  • Ethylene production facilities
  • Cold storage and food preservation
  • Household appliance insulation (refrigerators)
  • Construction industry partition walls and panels
Available as prefabricated plates or shells, or can be applied on-site through spraying or pouring foam techniques.
Packing and Storage
  • Standard packaging with binding straps (custom packaging available)
  • Store in waterproof, moisture-proof, dark, dry, cool and ventilated areas
  • Keep away from heat sources and avoid direct sunlight exposure
Handling Cautions
  • Handle with care during transportation - avoid rolling, impact or heavy loads
  • Use steel bands for pipe and equipment insulation applications
  • Cutting can be performed using saw blades during installation
