Application
This product is primarily used as cold insulation material for pipe support systems in petrochemical plants, liquefied gas plants, refrigeration warehouses, and central air conditioning systems. It provides both bearing support and thermal insulation for pipes and equipment.
HDPIR is a foaming polymer that combines properties of plastic, rubber, and cork. Manufactured from isocyanate, polyether, foaming agent, catalyst, and flame retardant, it forms a cellular structure composed of millions of tiny, uniform sealed cells through high-speed stirring and reaction. This structure delivers high density, low thermal conductivity, and minimal water absorption, outperforming traditional timber.

Packing and Storage
- Store in a dry, lightproof, shady, and ventilated place, away from heat sources and protected from sun exposure.
- Fitted together with pipe supports in workshop. Finished products are wrapped in anti-ultraviolet polythene film and packed in wooden cases.
