HDPIR is a foaming polymer combining properties of plastic, rubber, and cork. Manufactured from isocyanate, polyether, foaming agent, catalyst, and flame retardant, it undergoes high-speed stirring to form a cellular structure product composed of millions of uniform sealed cells. This material offers superior density, low thermal conductivity, and minimal water absorption, outperforming traditional timber insulation.

Primarily used as cold insulation material for pipe support systems in petrochemical plants, liquefied gas facilities, refrigeration warehouses, and central air conditioning systems. Provides both structural support and thermal insulation for pipes and equipment.
Packing and Storage
  • Store in dry, shaded, well-ventilated areas away from heat sources and direct sunlight
  • Pre-assembled with pipe supports in workshop conditions, then wrapped in anti-UV polythene film and packed in wooden cases
