HDPIR is a foaming polymer combining properties of plastic, rubber, and cork. Manufactured from isocyanate, polyether, foaming agent, catalyst, and flame retardant, it undergoes high-speed stirring to create a cellular structure composed of millions of tiny, uniform sealed cells. This structure delivers exceptional benefits including low density, minimal thermal conductivity, and low water absorption, outperforming traditional timber.
