Product Description
High Safety Insulated Pipe Supports, Cryogenic Pipe Supports High Durability
Insulated pipe supports offer easier installation than non-insulated supports. Weld-on supports require expensive labor rates for time-consuming welds and additional inspection time by quality control. Insulated pipe supports bolt onto the pipe for fast and secure installation, eliminating the laborious process of trimming insulation and jacket around steel ribs.
The Insulated Pipe Support System is designed for supporting insulated pipes and equipment. A complete system consists of insulated pipe supports and cold insulation materials, with high-density polyisocyanurate (HDPIR) as the most critical component.

Kaff Rees offers a complete range of insulated cryogenic pipe supports for all low-temperature pipe systems. These supports feature mechanical clamping via disc spring bolting. The pipe support cradle, housing the HD-PIR insulation, is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel as standard.
Our cryogenic pipe supports meet international technical regulations and standards, covering pipe diameters from OD 21.3 mm (0.84 in) to OD 965.20 mm (38 in) with insulation thicknesses from 25 mm (0.98 in) to 250 mm (9.84 in). Designed for temperatures down to -196°C, they are constructed from materials suitable for specified loads and temperature ranges.
HDPIR Material Properties
HDPIR is a foaming polymer combining characteristics of plastic, rubber, and cork. Composed of isocyanate, polyether, foaming agent, catalyst, and flame retardant, it forms a cellular structure with millions of tiny, uniform sealed cells. This structure provides low density, low thermal conductivity, and low water absorption, outperforming traditional timber.
