Product Description
Heat Insulation Pipe Insulation Supports With High Density Polyisocyanurate Material
We specialize in manufacturing and supplying insulated pipe supports for both low and high temperature piping systems. Our pipe support systems are designed to bear various loads while serving as part of the pipeline's cold insulation.
Compositions
A complete insulated pipe support system consists of:
- Insulated pipe supports
- Cold insulation materials (primarily high density polyisocyanurate - HDPIR)
The system can be enhanced with optional components:
- Damp proof layer
- Metal protective layer
- Rubber plate
- Metal pipe clamp
- Bolt and nut assemblies
- Butterfly springs
- Cold insulation washers
- Polytetrafluoroethylene sliding pairs
- Steam insulation resistance
Applications
Our pipe support systems are ideal for:
- Petrochemical plants
- Liquefied gas plants
- Refrigeration warehouses
- Central air conditioning systems
Packing and Storage
All components are pre-assembled in our workshop. Finished products are wrapped in anti-UV polyethylene film and packed in wooden cases for protection.
High Density Polyisocyanurate (HDPIR)
HDPIR is a foaming polymer combining properties of plastic, rubber, and cork. Manufactured from isocyanate, polyether, foaming agents, catalysts, and flame retardants, it forms a cellular structure with millions of tiny, uniform sealed cells. This structure provides:
- Low density
- Low thermal conductivity
- Low water absorption
- Superior performance compared to timber
