Product Description
Customized Limit Stop Pipe Support, Thermal Insulation Calcium Silicate Pipe Supports
Limit pipe supports are engineered for high-temperature, cold-temperature, and dual-temperature applications. High temperature pre-insulated supports incorporate structural inserts for load carrying and clamping capabilities, while low-temperature supports utilize various materials and densities to support pipe loads.
Compositions
A complete insulated pipe support system consists of insulated pipe supports and cold insulation materials, with high density polyisocyanurate (HDPIR) serving as the primary insulation component.
The system can be enhanced with optional auxiliary materials including:
- Damp proof layer
- Metal protective layer
- Rubber plate
- Metal pipe clamp
- Bolt and nut
- Butterfly spring
- Cold insulation washer
- Polytetrafluoroethylene sliding pair
- Steam insulation resistance
Application
Primarily used for load bearing and thermal insulation of pipes and equipment in:
- Petrochemical plants
- Liquefied gas plants
- Refrigeration warehouses
- Central air conditioning systems
Packing and Storage
All components are assembled in our workshop. Finished products are wrapped in anti-ultraviolet polyethylene film and securely packed in wooden cases.
HDPIR Material Properties
High Density Polyisocyanurate (HDPIR) is a foaming polymer combining characteristics of plastic, rubber, and cork. Formulated from isocyanate, polyether, foaming agent, catalyst, and flame retardant, it forms a cellular structure with millions of uniform sealed cells, offering superior performance to traditional materials.
