Manufactured from isocyanate, polyether, foaming agent, catalyst, and flame retardant components, it undergoes high-speed stirring to create a cellular structure composed of millions of tiny, uniform sealed cells. This structure delivers exceptional performance characteristics including low density, minimal thermal conductivity, and low water absorption - outperforming traditional timber materials.
