Product Description
Multifunctional Cold Insulation Pipe Supports
High Performance Solution for Liquefied Gas Plants
Insulated pipe supports offer convenient installation on existing pipelines with all components in place. These systems provide multiple benefits including accelerated project schedules, safer waist-high working conditions, reduced scaffolding requirements, and overall construction cost savings.
The insulated pipe support system is specifically designed for supporting insulated pipes and equipment. It effectively bears all loads from piping systems while serving as an integral part of the pipeline's cold insulation.
System Types
- Sliding Pipe Support System
- Guide Pipe Support System (including vertical pipe guides)
- Limit Pipe Support System
- Fixing Pipe Support System Bearer
- Supporting Bracket System
System Composition
A complete insulated pipe support system consists of pipe supports and cold insulation materials. The primary insulation material is high density polyisocyanurate (HDPIR), which forms the core of the system.
The system can be enhanced with optional components to meet specific design requirements:
- Damp proof layer
- Metal protective layer
- Rubber plate
- Metal pipe clamp
- Bolt and nut assemblies
- Butterfly springs
- Cold insulation washers
- Polytetrafluoroethylene sliding pairs
- Steam insulation resistance
Applications
Primarily used for load-bearing and thermal insulation in:
- Petrochemical plants
- Liquefied gas facilities
- Refrigeration warehouses
- Central air conditioning systems
Packaging & Storage
All components are pre-assembled in our workshop. Finished products are wrapped in anti-UV polyethylene film and securely packed in wooden cases for protection during transport and storage.
HDPIR Material Properties
High Density Polyisocyanurate (HDPIR) is a foaming polymer combining characteristics of plastic, rubber, and cork. Formulated from isocyanate, polyether, foaming agents, catalysts, and flame retardants, it creates a cellular structure with millions of uniform sealed cells, offering superior performance to traditional materials.
Key Advantages:
- Low density
- Exceptional thermal insulation
- Minimal water absorption
- Superior to timber in performance
