Product Description
Eco Friendly Pre Insulated Pipe Supports 0.98" - 9.84" Insulation Thicknesses
Insulated pipe supports provide an immediate thermal break, effectively eliminating "radiator fin" heat loss or gain based on system service temperature. These pre-insulated supports maintain desired pipe temperatures by either retaining heat or preventing heat transfer as required.
Types
- Sliding pipe support system
- Guide pipe support system (including vertical pipe guide support)
- Limit pipe support system
- Fixing pipe support system bearer
- Supporting bracket system
Composition
The complete insulated pipe support system consists of insulated pipe supports and cold insulation materials. The primary insulation material is high density polyisocyanurate (HDPIR), which serves as the core component.
Additional auxiliary materials can be incorporated based on requirements:
- Damp proof layer
- Metal protective layer
- Rubber plate
- Metal pipe clamp
- Bolt and nut assemblies
- Butterfly spring
- Cold insulation washer
- Polytetrafluoroethylene sliding pair
- Steam insulation resistance
Applications
Designed for bearing and thermal insulation in piping systems across various industries including:
- Petrochemical plants
- Liquefied gas facilities
- Refrigeration warehouses
- Central air conditioning systems
Packing and Storage
All components are pre-assembled in workshop conditions. Final products are wrapped in anti-UV polyethylene film and securely packed in wooden cases for protection during transport and storage.
HDPIR Material Properties
High Density Polyisocyanurate (HDPIR) is a foaming polymer combining characteristics of plastic, rubber, and cork. Formulated from isocyanate, polyether, foaming agents, catalysts, and flame retardants, it creates a cellular structure with millions of uniform sealed cells. This structure delivers superior performance with low density, minimal thermal conductivity, and excellent water resistance compared to traditional materials.
