Kaff Rees provides a comprehensive range of insulated cryogenic pipe supports for low-temperature pipe systems. These supports feature mechanical clamping via disc spring bolting, with steel cradles housing HD-PIR insulation, hot-dip galvanized as standard.
Our cryogenic pipe supports meet international technical standards, accommodating pipe diameters from OD 21.3 mm (0.84 in) to OD 965.20 mm (38 in) with insulation thicknesses ranging from 25 mm (0.98 in) to 250 mm (9.84 in). Designed for temperatures down to -196°C, they are constructed from materials suitable for specified loads and temperature requirements.
HDPIR Material Properties
HDPIR is a foaming polymer combining characteristics of plastic, rubber, and cork. Composed of isocyanate, polyether, and additives, it forms a cellular structure with millions of uniform sealed cells, offering superior low density, thermal conductivity, and water absorption compared to timber.
