Eco Friendly Sliding Pipe Insulation Supports DN400 16 Inchx50 For Petrochemical Plant
The Sliding Pipe Support DN400 (16 inch) *50 is composed of a steel tube support mounted on the pipe and the supporting structure below. Our professional technical team conducted product design including heat insulation thickness through stress analysis.
The density of the cooling pad can be used in the range of 160K~700K. Different densities are indicated by different colors of HDPIR pad for the moisture-proof layer:
- 160K - Green
- 220K - Yellow
- 320K - Red
- 400K - Blue
This color-coding system prevents installation errors of cooling pads with the same size but different densities.
To ensure material property and stability, all HDPIR insulation pads are produced using imported brand materials, including DOW and BASF brands.
