Product Description
Industrial HD PIR Limit Stop Pipe Support with Fire Resistance
Our limit pipe support system completely isolates pipes from external structures and includes a sealed vapor barrier with line stop functionality to prevent issues at support locations.
System Composition
The complete insulated pipe support system consists of:
- Insulated pipe supports
- High density polyisocyanurate (HDPIR) cold insulation material (primary component)
Optional auxiliary materials include:
- Damp proof layer
- Metal protective layer
- Rubber plate
- Metal pipe clamp
- Bolt and nut assemblies
- Butterfly spring
- Cold insulation washer
- Polytetrafluoroethylene sliding pair
- Steam insulation resistance
Applications
Designed for pipe and equipment support in:
- Petrochemical plants
- Liquefied gas plants
- Refrigeration warehouses
- Central air conditioning systems
Packaging & Storage
All components are pre-assembled in our workshop. Finished products are wrapped in anti-UV polyethylene film and securely packed in wooden cases.
HDPIR Material Properties
High Density Polyisocyanurate (HDPIR) is a foaming polymer combining properties of plastic, rubber, and cork. Composed of millions of uniform sealed cells, it offers superior performance with:
- Low density
- Low thermal conductivity
- Minimal water absorption
- Superior performance compared to timber
