Our limit pipe support system enables convenient installation on existing pipelines with all components in place. This solution improves project schedules, enhances safety with waist-high working conditions, reduces scaffolding needs, and lowers overall construction costs.
System Composition
The complete insulated pipe support system consists of:
  • Insulated pipe supports
  • Cold insulation materials (primary component: High Density Polyisocyanurate - HDPIR)
Optional auxiliary materials include damp proof layers, metal protective layers, rubber plates, pipe clamps, fasteners, insulation washers, PTFE sliding pairs, and steam insulation resistance - all customizable to meet specific design requirements and ensure system reliability.
