The limit pipe support system is designed for bearing and heat insulation of pipes and equipment in petrochemical plants, liquefied gas plants, refrigeration warehouses, and central air conditioning systems.
This insulated pipe support system carries various loads from piping systems while serving as part of the cold insulation for pipelines.
System Composition
A complete insulated pipe support system consists of:
- Insulated pipe supports
- Cold insulation materials (primarily High Density Polyisocyanurate - HDPIR)
Optional Auxiliary Materials:
- Damp proof layer
- Metal protective layer
- Rubber plate
- Metal pipe clamp

Packing and Storage
All components are pre-assembled in workshop. Finished products are wrapped in anti-ultraviolet polythene film and packed in wooden cases for protection.
HDPIR Material Properties
High Density Polyisocyanurate (HDPIR) is a foaming polymer combining properties of plastic, rubber, and cork. Composed of millions of tiny sealed cells, it offers:
