Fixed pipe support system is primarily designed for supporting insulated pipes and equipment. This system bears all loads from piping systems while serving as part of the pipeline's cold insulation.
System Composition
A complete insulated pipe support system consists of:
- Insulated pipe supports
- Cold insulation materials (primarily High Density Polyisocyanurate - HDPIR)

Packaging and Storage

HDPIR Material Properties
High Density Polyisocyanurate (HDPIR) is a foaming polymer combining characteristics of plastic, rubber, and cork. Formulated from isocyanate, polyether, foaming agents, catalysts, and flame retardants, it creates a cellular structure with millions of uniform sealed cells, offering superior insulation properties.
