Eco Friendly Pre Insulated Pipe Supports, Insulated fixed pipe support
Insulated pipe supports provide an immediate thermal break and eliminate "radiator fin" heat loss or gain, depending on the system's service temperature. These pre-insulated supports effectively maintain desired pipe temperatures by either retaining heat or preventing heat transfer.

Compositions

Pre Insulated Pipe Support System Components
Application
Primarily used for bearing and heat insulation of pipes and equipment in petrochemical plants, liquefied gas plants, refrigeration warehouses, and central air conditioning systems.
Packing and Storage
All components are assembled in the workshop. Finished products are wrapped in anti-ultraviolet polythene film and packed in wooden cases.
HDPIR Material
HDPIR is a foaming polymer combining properties of plastic, rubber, and cork. Composed of isocyanate, polyether, foaming agent, catalyst, and flame retardant, it forms a cellular structure with millions of tiny, uniform sealed cells. This structure provides low density, low thermal conductivity, and low water absorption, outperforming traditional timber.
